At Cheshire DJs we actively encourage our clients help with or even completely compile the music playlist for your event, after all its your party and we want you and everyone invited to have a night to remember.

All our mobile DJs use the latest fully PAT tested LED lighting effects, digital sound equipment with massive music libraries, and most importantly have full public liability insurance (this is usually required for most large venues & hotels).

We do not charge for the setting up and packing away time. Once the booking has been made we will send out a booking form together with a music request sheet which you can fill in with as much information as possible regarding your funky requirements or allow our Funkademia DJs to recreate that saturday night experience as it is guaranteed to get any party rocking. WeddingCake These DJs generally only play Funk, Soul, Disco, R&B, Hiphop and Funky House music, please bare this in mind when making a booking. If you are thinking of making a booking for December 2009, please book as soon as you are able, in order to get your required date as this is the most popular time of the year.

Cheshire DJs - Additional DJ Services

Uplighting : Cheshire DJs can now supply LED uplighting for your wedding venue to create the perfect atmosphere. Our uplighters can transform your venue by lighting certain features, pillars, bays or even the ceiling. The colour of the lighting can match the theme of your wedding or party, and all lighting can be individually controlled, so it’s possible to have one single colour throughout the room, or alternating colours, or even a random assortment and switch them to sound to light as soon as the party gets under way. Our LED uplighting uses very little power consumption so they are environmentally friendly, and the bulbs do not get hot so no one will burn their fingers.

We can supply this service in the following 2 ways :

Ł125.00 (includes 8 uplighters) when supplied for the duration of your Cheshire DJs mobile disco booking.
or
Ł245.00 (includes 12 uplighters, set up for the full day, with a lighting tech person on site for the duration).

Daytime Music : We can also supply a bespoke background music service, chosen by you for the arrival of your guests and during the wedding breakfast or meal, and supply radio microphones for the speeches. This added service has a flat fee of Ł100.00 and is only available for 4 hours duration between 2.00pm - 7.00pm and when Cheshire DJs are booked for the evening event.

Slideshow : We now offer a slideshow projection service to add that personal touch to your event. All we need is either your original photos or a DVD or memory card with upto 50 of your favourite images from your childhood, family snaps or even pictures from your stag or hen night. We will transform them into a slideshow to be shown on our large projector screen during your event. This can make a great talking point if turned on during the buffet. Your original photos/media will be returned plus you get a copy of your slideshow on DVD to keep. This added service has a flat fee of Ł125.00 when supplied for the duration of your Cheshire DJs mobile disco booking.
